drawing @ home for now.

Just allowing myself to grind in my sketchbook. here are just some random drawings. i feel that after 5 months of straight painting, one month of straight drawing will be a nice transition back to fundamentals. the program has opened my eyes to new things that make me criticize me sketches a bit differently then before.

David Bondar left for vegas and had asked me to house-sit for him and watch his dog. He allowed me to use his studio as I approached my final review. So for roughly three days I locked myself away and did some "eye push-ups." Be sure to catch the interview I did with him on youtube. The last photo is of all my work for the fall semester in the MFA program.

This was number 5 in my 3 day threat to accomplish 5 new paintings for exhibition. these were taken with my new camera. oh, and just to mention, all these paintings were done on varnished birch.
